FDLRS Action Child Find is looking for any person between the ages of 0-21, who may be disabled and who is not enrolled in school or in any educational program. To make a referral or request information, call (800)262-1596.

The Captioned Media Program (CMP) provides free-loan, open captioned videos to deaf and hard of hearing persons. More than 4,000 titles including classic movies, educational videos and special interest movies are available. Some Spanish Language captioned media is available. Respite Program: Electrikids and Nathaniel's Hope, both of Calvary Assembly of God in Winter Park has created a program for parents and caregivers of children with special needs called "Buddy Break." Buddy Break is a respite program designed to give parents and caregivers a few hours "off." Reservations are required. Call Kari (407)644-1199 ext 285. Speech Fun: A website for parents and professionals working with children with Autism, Developemental Dealays, Speech-language deficits and Reading Delays. Thsi website provides fun tools for developing verbal skills. www.speechfun.com
